Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase if items are received within this time frame. After 30 days and prior to 60 days returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Only the original purchaser may return product. Only the original payment method will be refunded upon receipt of a valid return.

Returned items must be in new condition, and must have no visible signs of wear or use. This includes the wires on any products must not be cut or trimmed. The items are to be returned in original, clean product packaging.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Any discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased as a kit cannot be separated for return purposes. Kits can only be returned as a kit in full. 
  • Items older than 60 days, damaged items, or items not returned in original packaging will not be accepted for credit or refunds.

To return a new-unused product please complete the following form and return the product: https://shophaven.com/pages/return-request. The Original Purchaser shall return, postage paid, any new-unused products to Haven Lighting with the document available on this link, proof of purchase, Original Purchaser’s name and return address, and a description of the claimed product defect.  All return requests must be made by the Original Purchaser of record of said product.  

To qualify for a refund, merchandise returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Return all items carefully packed in their original packaging (or the packaging received with the replacement item(s)) to ensure damage is not experienced in transit. Haven Lighting is not responsible for product damaged or lost in return shipment. Refunds may be refused based on the condition of the merchandise returned.
  • Be sure to include the attached RMA form with your return to ensure your account is updated properly. Any package without a Haven Lighting Return Authorization form will not be accepted.
  • Any credits or refunds given for product returns will have the shipping cost deducted.
  • Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility.

We may, at our discretion, limit or refuse any refund or exchange not meeting any of the above conditions.
