Project Coordination
We work with our customers and coordinate the design, wiring layout configuration, and locations of lighting transformers and lights. Throughout the project, we coordinate with the installation company, whether internal personnel, customer internal installation resources, or a 3rd party installation company.
IT Solutions
Our team of project managers will coordinate efforts with our customer’s IT department when required. There are times when customers have specific ports blocked that are required for interfacing with our Microsoft IoT servers. There are also many instances where the WiFi network we are planning to use has a webpage approval process by default which does not work well with an automated connection without a human interface. We understand and prepare for all of these situations. We plan and coordinate the IT side of the implementation to make sure everything works as planned upon the startup of the lighting system.
